Sacred Sound of Hanuman
40-Day Practice w/Hanuman Chalisa & Stories from the Ramayana
Â
Sacred Sound 40-day practices were originally created to inspire a commitment to a daily mantra practice while feeling the silent support and accountability of sitting together in a group container.Â
What has blossomed is a rich community of practitioners from all over delving into not only the magic of Sanskrit vibration, but exploring the energy behind the sound, and the many lines of cosmic intelligence we're activating inside of us and the world around us when we keep a steady practice.
My intention with these containers is to encourage you to use the tools offered to create a daily sÄdhana that works for you. The goal will be to take some time each day engage with your practice through chanting, listening to the Chalisa, or even reading a passage from the Ramayana.
We'll meet twice a week for class/group practice to review and practice the verses presented each week, as well as explore stories from the Ramayana that underpin the Chalisa. Each group practice will end with a full chanting of the Chalisa.
